Profile: Hidaka Ken
Series: Weiss Kreuz Glühen
Character Name: Hidaka Ken
Alias (if any): Siberian
Age: 23 (born December 23, send presents)
Hair: Brown, kinda shaggy
Eyes: Blue-Green
Appearance (skin tone, distinguishing marks): Ken's athletic and gets out a lot so he's got a bit of a tan. Muscular, but not bulky; his frame is very lean. He used to be a professional soccer player, but most of his strength has shifted to the upper body since he fights mostly with his fists.
Personality: There's a rough one. At this point in time, Ken is probably very close to insanity. Generally speaking, he is your average Joe, into sports, everyone's buddy, and loyal to a fault (with a bit of a temper), but a series of betrayals coupled with his occupation have made him quick to anger, easily frustrated, and distrustful. Although he will only do so within given parametres, Ken likes to kill, but wishes he didn't.
Occupation: Florist-Assassin
Special Abilities: Ken's abilities are pretty basic: he's athletic and well-trained in the use of bugnuks (gloves with blades sometimes referred to as 'tiger claws'). He's a skilled soccer player, can ride a motor bike, and has an unusual knowledge of plants, flowers, and arrangement techniques for your average jock.
Abbreviated Backstory: Ken is a member of the assassin team Weiss, which is part of a network controlled by the Takatori family, although they only recently discovered that this was so. In the past, Weiss received its orders from the mysterious Persia, killing its targets in the name of justice, but was disbanded for a period of time. Recently, it has been reformed under a new Persia. Before joining Weiss, Ken was a professional soccer player whose career was destroyed by his best friend who framed him as a member of an illegal gambling ring. While investigating the charges, Ken was nearly burned to death, but rescued by Persia, though official records claim he perished. He later killed the friend who betrayed him as part of a mission.
What were they doing when they were taken? Ken was on a mission with fellow teammate, Yohji, investigating a school, run by Esstet, an organization always on the lookout for new ways to train up perfect, obedient super-soldiers. The world dropped away in the midst of the chaos, leaving him stranded in a new city with only his mission gear and a few tokens.
